Core responsibilities

You will be required to work for different projects, the role requires at least 5 years of experience and some presence in our Paris office (at least twice per week).

• Management of cloud technologies projects’ life cycle, including planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring activities;

• Work closely with the development team and Product Owners, to define project requirements and ensure that the proposed solutions meet business needs

• Manage the budget of projects and resources, ensuring projects are completed within the defined timelines and cost limits

• Identify and mitigate risks on projects and work with the team to develop contingency plans in case of unforeseen events

• Define and implement business processes, ensuring their efficiency and value

Your qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience of managing multiple projects at the same time, and know how to report progress in a clear and interesting way. Leadership and people management are a big plus.

• Experience managing projects within a software IT company.

• Language: fluent in French and English.

• Collaboration: Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues across organizations and functional groups

• Writing: you enjoy writing, you care about words and grammar, you are sharp and thorough

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Not afraid of challenges, being inquisitive, solution oriented and customer focused.

Bonus

• Certifications in Project Management methodologies, PMP, Prince 2, Agile and Scrum Master.

• Knowledge of ECM technologies (Enterprise Content Management).
