What will be your main responsibilities :
As an Accounts Payable, you will join our finance team, reporting directly to our Senior accountant. You'll join a friendly, stimulating working environment, with challenges to be met every day, and a team of passionate, talented colleagues.
Your role is key as you are the main point of contact for the organization for all invoices, payments and other related requests.
As part of our team, you will :
Take ownership of the accounts payable and employee expense process,
Ensure that purchase invoices are accurately recorded and properly paid on time,
Contribute to the execution of stable processes regarding company expenses, and play an active role in ensuring that these are adhered to.
You work with our Senior Accountant to prepare an accurate and timely monthly financial closing.
Be a partner for our internal and external customers (manage Ankorstore member requests for Spendesk, coordinate formal communication with suppliers, etc)
Actively participating in transversal projects (Procurement, Administration improvement, FP&A analysis, E-Invoicing implementation, etc)
You will also have to :
Build a beautiful accounting machine providing real time view on our performance
Review and perform the monthly closing, ensuring a high level of quality on all the account payable production.
Secure the accuracy of our open positions (AP), following up the invoices and credit notes received and the payments deadlines.
Develop and document the current and new processes of the accounting team related to the P2P process.
Prevent risks to materialize
Lead the design, implementation and follow up of the Procurement process
Provide valuable insights to the business
Closely work with the rest of the Finance team to analyze the correct booking of our suppliers (GL Account + Cost Center)
Preferred Experiences :
Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance
+2-3 Years experience in a leading audit/consulting firm
Strong knowledge of and experience with French accounting processes (at least for all the AP Cycle)
Fluent English & French speaking and writing
Team & Hands-on working style
Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable
Google tools knowledge is a plus
