We’re scaling fast and looking to grow our team with world-class candidates to support our vision of rewilding retail!

What can you expect:

We have ambitious growth plans and are looking for a HR intern to join our Global People team, supporting the People Partner for the UK:

People Operations

  • Assisting with drafting various HR documents/letters: employment certificates, tenancies, visa reference letters, contracts, contractual change letters and probation letters.
  • Ensure UK people data is always up to date in our internal HR systems and proper documentation in employee files.
  • Organising and scheduling new starter Right to work checks with all new starters.
  • Compiling and maintaining regular ad-hoc reports of people data and metrics using G-suite.
  • Coordinate new starters onboarding in collaboration with IT, office management and onboarding central teams.
  • Assisting the Office Manager with ad-hoc duties and supporting in their absence.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Experience of working in an administrative role is advantageous.
  • An interest in building a career within HR.
  • Professional qualification knowledge is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and administration experience.
  • Strong ability to communicate with colleagues at all seniority levels.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Good knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft.
  • You are excited by fast paced environments.
  • You care about people enjoying the work they do.
  • You are known for your positive attitude.
  • You take on a collaborative, practical, and human-centric approach.
  • You think that simple is better than smart, and 'done' is better than 'perfect'.
  • You have the ability to encompass empathy and strong interpersonal skills. You are compassionate and self-aware.

  • Location - London Euston
  • Flexible working - we operate a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office

  • Salary - £25,000 pro-rata
