Main responsibilities 

As an Account Executive your #1  mission will be to hunt for the best brands in Germany to add to our catalog. This is a key role for our company’s success. Through your work, you will be growing our offer and allowing our retailers to continuously source for their favourite brands to buy. 

  • Prospecting new brands 

    • Hunt & qualify brands to ensure their relevance to our platform by checking that they fit our eligibility criteria

  • Pitching new brands and growing our catalog 

    • Engage with the brands you targeted, by contacting them by email and mostly by calling them. 

    • Demonstrate our USP to convince brands to join Ankorstore by using communication and sales techniques and adapting your approach and arguments based on your audience.

    • Present pricing, commissions, and all relevant information linked to our service

  • Onboarding 

    • Help the brands build their portfolios within the platform

    • Work closely with the brands during their first month of live, share best practices and help them generate their first order on Ankorstore. 

    • Master your portfolio to determine the top brands with the highest potential for Ankorstore 

Requirements 

  • Experience in a sales or SDR role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English 

  • Ability to show resilience. You are always eager to go the extra mile; you love to understand and convince, you never take “No” for an answer, and you are not scared of making a high number of calls

  • Master sales channel to hunt for new brands, convince with adapted arguments, and close deals.

  • Strong organizational skills in order to manage multiple relationships at a time and to prioritize tasks

  • Ability to create trustworthy and authentic connections with brands and retailers

  • Excellent data analytics skills to track your results and see how to get better

  • Excel skills

Other skills that would add value:

  • A B2B experience is a plus

  • Salesforce skills
