As CEO Right Hand,  you will support his mission to structure and rapidly scale our ambition.

You’ll assist the CEO in his tasks, understanding the problematics, finding innovative solutions, and developing action plans in harmony with our strategy and values.

Your missions will be as varied as those of a CEO. They will cover contributing to creating an A Players team, preparing the next roadshow to raise a Serie A, and contributing to all HR, finance, legal, and office management operations.

Responsibilities

• Support our fundraising by updating our business plan and carrying on analysis and due diligence
• Prepare and animate our weekly acquisition pipe reviews
• Implement dashboards, monitoring, and analysis of KPIs
• Support our HR strategy to reach our recruitment objectives.

Requirements

• Data-driven, formulating the right questions, analyzing and objectively evaluating solutions to a problem.
• Ability to lead a project from start to finish and to move from one topic to another with equal impact (versatility)
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Intense level of autonomy and are willing to learn every day
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• English proficiency and experience working in a multinational environment
