As CEO Right-Arm, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO in achieving our mission and rapidly scaling our ambition.
You will be the right-hand person of the CEO, assisting in tasks, understanding problems, finding innovative solutions, and developing action plans that align with Animaj’s strategy and values. Your role will be as varied as that of a CEO, where you will contribute to creating an A Players team, preparing for upcoming 3 acquisitions to finalize by the end of the year, and supporting all HR, finance, legal, and office management operations.

Work with the CEO to update the business plan and carry out analysis and due diligence to support fundraising activities
Carry out research and analysis on relevant industry trends and competitors to provide insights to the CEO and executive team
Help the CEO to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners
Prepare and lead weekly acquisition pipe reviews (with our co-founders) to identify and assess potential acquisition targets
Implement dashboards, monitoring, and analysis of KPIs to provide insights for our HoDs
Prepare all materials for our internal All-Hands meetings and our board meetings
Support the HR strategy to reach recruitment objectives by collaborating with the HR team and other departments
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems in a data-driven way
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
Intense level of autonomy and are willing to learn every day
High level of attention to detail and ability to move from one topic to another with equal impact (versatility)
A passion for entrepreneurship and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
English proficiency and experience working in a multinational environment
