CRM Omnichannel Campaign Specialist

You join the Team of Celine, our Omnichannel CRM Manager, who is driving the planning of annual marketing campaigns in France. She is the one making sure that we will communicate the right information, to the right people (prospects and customers), at the right moment, and via the right channel.

Your contribution to the Team (together with an apprentice):

  • Collect weekly the needs for each marketing campaign (segmentation target, timeline, volume) from your colleagues
  • Translate these marketing requirements into technical instructions for our external partner in charge of our targeting tool (Adobe Campaign). 
  • Be the main point of contact for our external partner, interact with them daily and ensure delivery at the level of quality expected and within the deadlines.
  • In case of discrepancies, investigate cause of issue and solve it.
  • Deliver expected documents to the colleagues who will launch the campaigns with the relevant partners (direct mailing, telephone, emailing, SMS, etc).
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reportings related to marketing campaigns, and support performance forecasts.
  • Suggest optimization of targeting approach to maximize performance of campaigns.

What do you bring?

  • You have a master’s degree in Marketing or Business, and a first working experience in a Marketing role (apprenticeship included).
  • You have a good understanding of customer segmentation, CRM, omnichannel marketing campaigns, KPI and data analytics.
  • You are detail-oriented, and you have strong organizational and communication skills, which allow you to coordinate a project (deadlines and quality of deliverables).
  • Your entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills allow you to suggest solutions to daily business challenges and to go beyond your initial missions.
  • Your Excel skills include the use of pivot and formula, and you have ideally experience with Power BI or Adobe Campaign.
  • Fluent English skills are mandatory for this role to interact daily with our supplier, as well as fluent French or Italian.
