Job description

We’ve built a product able to deliver immense amount of value to property owners. We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to deep dive in every corner of our product, to make sure we communicate our value proposition through every interaction with prospects and customers. This position plays a key role in the Marketing team and collaborates closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to help us build proper positioning and compelling material to trigger the interest within hotel owners in Europe.

Your missions:

  • Understand our product as if you have built it yourself.
  • Know what our customers want as if you were a hotelier yourself.
  • Identify and act on the leverages that will allow our product to be positioned as top of mind for hoteliers in Europe.
  • Translate technical details into very easy to digest value propositions and make sure they are available and used in every touchpoint with prospects and customers.
  • Build and execute product and/or feature go-to-market plans into new and existing markets.
  • As part of the Marketing team, make sure we craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns, etc).
  • Partner with our Sales teams to build sales enablement assets, case studies, videos, white papers, etc.
  • Partner with our CS team to get actual feedback from customers and make sure they are getting our value proposition.
  • Support product management with creating user personas, and identifying customer pain points.

Preferred experience

About you

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing
  • You are English native and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Other languages like French, Italian or Spanish would also be a big plus.
  • Proven experience planning and executing successful global go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including industry, market, and customer analysis.
  • You are excited about the opportunity of being the first Product Marketer at Amenitiz, and are driven to implement Product Marketing in a fast scaling start up in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive. You don’t require constant input, and you have meticulous attention to detail.
  • You have done it, but it is always day one for you.
  • You figure out how to fix it instead of who’s to blame
  • Demonstrated ability to work at different product levels, from high-level analysis, down to hands-on product feature or campaign design and execution.
  • Ability to operate quick, scrappy yet impactful hypothesize-test-learn-iterate cycles, including but not limited to conversion rate optimization, A/B, and multivariate tests.
  • You have high energy, a creative mind and are driven to have impact through your work.
  • Experience in hospitality is a big plus.
