A French software vendor headquartered in Lyon, with a subsidiary in the US, we are backed by leading European VCs. Our flagship product is a Content Delivery Platform that revolutionizes how technical documentation and product information is published and accessed for Customer Support and Field Maintenance activities. We sell our software solution to large corporations through a SaaS subscription model. Our clients are mostly international (North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia), and we work with a strong ecosystem of partners and integrators.

As we are accelerating our growth, we are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team.

🎯The mission of Sales Development Representative:

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be prospecting and engaging with high-level personas across large tech companies. Your tasks will include inbound/outbound lead qualification, guiding leads through the sales funnel, and setting up sales-qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. Your ultimate goal is to raise awareness and interest in our SaaS platform and convert prospects into opportunities.

You’ll engage with diverse tech and innovation stakeholders, rapidly developing your skills. A comprehensive onboarding program awaits you, ensuring a seamless integration into the role and team. Moreover, medium-term exciting possibilities for advancement into other strategic key Sales positions like Account Executive or Account Manager await.

In this role, you will:

  • Research enterprise and strategic target accounts based on our Ideal Customer Profile and personas to identify key decision makers

  • Engage with prospects from inbound/outbound leads via phone, email, and social selling tools (LinkedIn) to analyze their needs and identify pain points we can support

  • Generate sales qualified meetings for the Account Executives.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion and closely support key marketing campaigns

  • Ensure rigorous reporting with the highest level of accuracy in our CRM.

  • Use relevant lead gen software and tools to execute and plan your work efficiently

🙂 The profile of Sales Development Representative :

With a higher education in Marketing, Communications or Business, you have at least one year of experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Developer in the SaaS sales domain. Proficient in CRM tools, you excel in navigating digital sales and marketing channels, including platforms like Sales Navigator and data enrichment tools, showcasing your technological acumen. 

Your oral and written communication skills are major assets, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues alike. Your results-oriented mindset is evident in your consistent ability to surpass sales targets. 

You have a native or bilingual English level, and proficiency in French is a plus.
