Our International Headquarters in Paris includes employees from all departments, with the majority representing the Sales, Business Excellence, and Marketing Teams.

Our Sales Team is the growth engine of our company. Our Sales Team includes Region Directors, National Sales Directors, Business Development Managers, and Strategic Account Managers. Region Directors oversea the APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and CE region. They drive sales initiatives, develop new markets, and lead distributor partnerships. Our Nationals Sales Directors (NSDs) lead sales efforts in markets where Allurion sells products directly to providers, and in specific countries. Our Business Development Managers (BDMs) execute strategy and maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle. Our Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) work with high-potential or high-productivity geo-specific accounts. We partner with distributors for product distribution to clinics. Twice a year, our entire Commercial Team convenes in a global location for a Sales Team Meeting. These meetings build relationships among our Sales Team members who work in different countries, in different regions, and in different time zones. Business Excellence Team
Our Business Excellence (“BE”) Team is an exciting team to join if you’re interested in data analytics and optimization. Our (“BE”) Team uses rigorous data analysis to optimize operations at clinics using The Allurion Programme. The BE Team keeps a pulse on where the Allurion Programme is doing well and how clinics achieve strong outcomes. The BE Team makes recommendations to improve clinic performance, and to ensure alignment between strategic planning, The Sales Team, The Marketing Team, and The Professional Development Team. The BE Team includes the following 5 functions: Sales Operations, Business Intelligence & Salesforce Effectiveness, Salesforce, Digital Marketing Performance, and New Market Launch. Come and join our Marketing Team, made up of professionals with backgrounds across media, PR, and more. Our Marketing Team includes our Brand Team, Digital Marketing Team, Trade Marketing Team, Upstream Marketing Team, and Customer Care Managers. The Brand Team stewards the Allurion brand. The Digital Marketing Team focuses on B2C marketing. They support lead acquisition, and drive Allurion's consumer digital presence through our website, social media, and advertising initiatives. The Trade Marketing Team increases the productivity of Allurion's highest performing clinics. To do this, The Trade Marketing Team shares effective marketing strategies and upskills clinic staff. The Upstream Marketing Team leads product development strategy by sharing the consumer voice across all our product and service offerings. Customer Care Managers (CCM) serve as Allurion Programme Ambassadors. CCMs inform prospective customers about The Allurion Programme, and they assist with scheduling appointments with clinics. As Allurion continues to expand globally, we need a talented team of Marketing professionals to join our ranks. In the Product team, the Allurion Upstream Product Marketing Director is responsible for identifying a coherent marketing strategy for Allurion’s suite of products while providing guidance to the Digital Products team and R&D team through the lifecycle of the products speaking for the voice of the consumer. The Allurion Product Portfolio consists of the Allurion Gastric Balloon and a Virtual Care Suite. This portfolio may grow in the future and is continually developing new features. This team member requires close work and collaboration with the Digital Products Team, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, other Marketing teams, Sales, Professional Education, Business Excellence and Clinical Program Excellence.
