As an Exposure Analyst, you will play a central role in the success and growth of our P&C (re)insurance clients. With your expertise in P&C (re)insurance, your deep expertise in exposure management of complex risks, and your skills in data modelling and analysis, you will enable our clients to make faster, more accurate, and better-informed decisions through our SaaS platform.

You will:
Act as a trusted partner to our client, understanding their business needs and supporting them in using our solution to address their specific challenges across all P&C lines including Property (nat cat and non-cat), Cyber, Casualty, Energy, Political and Credit Risks, Aviation
Conduct in-depth audit of their portfolios, data, and processes, and identify optimization levers for more efficient exposure management.
Clean, reconcile, and analyze exposure data to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered results.
Perform advanced risks analyses and modelling for our clients, including concentration zone, real-time event simulation, stress tests, deterministic scenarios, and prepare for the unexpected.
Built compelling reports and visualizations to help clients make informed decisions.
Collaborate closely with our Data Science and Product teams, sharing clients feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our tools and calculation methods.

We are looking for someone who thrives in complexity and sees solutions where others see problems. You may come from a broker, (re)insurer, consultancy, or analytics background but you are hungry for a role where you can do more, learn faster, and drive real change.
Academic background: You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field (mathematics, actuarial studies, economics, etc.), providing a strong theoretical foundation.
Insurance experience: You have 3 to 5 years of successful experience in P&C (re)insurance, with a good understanding of industry challenges.
Technical expertise: You have solid knowledge of exposure management, and experience with vendor model databases (EDM, CEDE files) would be a valuable asset.
Analytical skills: You are proficient in MS Excel, Python, and SQL, enabling you to solve complex problems and handle large datasets.
Interpersonal skills: With excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills, you are comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
