You’ll join and be part of a passionate and collaborative People team dedicated to supporting and empowering our employees whilst building an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

Reporting directly to our HR Director, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at strengthening our People operations and ensuring the team runs smoothly and effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities will Include :

  • Recruiting: management of the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, interviewing to closing / final offer; partnering directly with different hiring managers.
  • HR operations and legal: handle the preparation, amendment, and distribution of contractual documents to employees whilst ensuring compliance with legal and collective obligations, including labor law, internal agreements, and company policies.
  • Global mobility: manage the logistical aspects of employee relocation, including housing and immigration to oversee and facilitate smooth transitions from one location to another.
  • Immigration processes: handle visa, work permit applications and renewals. Act as a liaison with our immigration vendors and provide updates to employees and managers.
  • Employee support and cross functional collaboration: play a key role in optimizing HR practices to address evolving workforce needs and support change management efforts to anticipate future HR needs.
  • Employer branding: enhance the Akur8 career page and our Welcome to the Jungle page. Participate in job fairs with a strong employer branding presence.
  • Health and safety: ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, conducting regular checks, and coordinating any necessary training or emergency drills.

You will be based in our Paris office.

Requirements

We're looking for an analytical and synthetic mindset, and :

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or another field with a specialization in HR;
  • Prior experience of 3+ years on a HR Generalist role; a focus on global mobility or talent acquisition is a plus;
  • Skills in handling a high volume of employee-related matters with precision, ensuring timely responses, thorough documentation, and procedural consistency;
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness in a fast-paced, high-demanding environment;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to quickly adjust to evolving HR needs while remaining agile in prioritizing responsibilities;
  • Fluency in both French and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Important: You must possess an employment status: French or Schengen area nationality or a ‘carte de séjour’ that will allow you to work from our Paris office. We are equally open to the visa sponsorship of non-EU candidates as long as they are already in possession of their final diploma / attestation of their final academic results.
