Building a strong ecosystem of partners is crucial to ensure Akur8 becomes the leading pricing solution for the insurance industry.

Our partners include leading consulting firms, innovative insurance software providers, data providers, and other organizations in the insurance industry.

We are looking for a Global Partnerships Manager, who will be responsible for several key partnerships that are strategic for Akur8 and active at a global level.

You will report directly to Akur8’s Chief Customer Officer and have a crucial role in managing and growing the partnerships that are most strategic for Akur8.

The role will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic vision and plan for our key strategic partners at Akur8
  • Coordinate the execution of our global partnerships strategy across Akur8, driving initiatives around joint go-to-markets, marketing initiatives, product integrations, working with stakeholders in the partnerships, sales, marketing and product teams
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the partner’s organization
  • Drive and negotiate complex deals with partners (including international consulting firms and large software providers)
  • Think out of the box to suggest innovative initiatives and projects to make sure we are harnessing the full potential of our partnerships

You will be based in Paris, but traveling occasionally for partnership and client events or meetings.

Requirements

We're looking for an experienced professional looking for challenges in a fast moving organization.

In order to be considered for this position you must imperatively respond to the following criteria:

  • You have a 4-8 years experience in consulting, project management, or B2B sales
  • An experience in technology or insurance is a plus
  • You have a sharp business sense, a commercial-oriented mindset
  • You think in a structured and analytical way
  • You are used to managing multiple projects and workstreams
  • You are proactive, eager to learn and action-oriented
  • You are highly enthusiastic about technology
  • You possess excellent communication skills, whether oral, written, or non-verbal, in English and you know how to make complex things feel simple
  • You are fluent in English and have worked in international settings. Fluency in French or other languages is a strong plus.
IMPORTANT: You must possess an employment status that will allow you to work from our Paris office.
