To help us support and structure Akur8’s rapid growth, we are looking for a Finance & Admin Officer to join our Finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Accounts Receivable:

  • All tasks related to customer contracts (post signature):
    • Register contracts on Billing tool (Maxio)
    • Follow contract evolution with Sales team; ensure consistency of data with Salesforce
    • Bill customers
    • Track payments
    • Support controlling team in extracting relevant data from Billing tool and analyzing them

Payroll:

  • Managing the payroll for France (we are using Payfit) and international subsidiaries (with the help of international partners)
  • Ensuring the monthly and annual social declarations (DUE, mutuelle, AGEFIPH, etc)
  • Working hand in hand with the other members of the Finance team to ensure that all necessary information is readily available

HR admin :

  • All HR tasks related to new hires joining Akur8, or employees leaving Akur8
    • Ensuring registration of newcomers across all Akur8 systems and tools : HR system (PeopleSphere, Payfit), health insurance (Alan), meal vouchers (Swile), etc.
    • Managing the agency (France Immigration) that supports Akur8’s strategy to leverage ‘Passeport Talent’ to benefit from the best talent hired across the globe
    • Preparing and ensuring execution of all end of contract documents for employees leaving the company
  • Manage newcomers' onboarding process for all admin aspects
  • Managing / implementing employee benefits across our geographies
  • Supporting specific company processes such as CSE meetings, CSE (re)election, litigation procedure regarding an employee, etc.
  • Managing reimbursement collection from CPAM and other coverages related to subrogation
  • Acting as the main contact for all internal HR admin related questions (sick / maternity / paternity leave, holidays, transportation, certificates, etc.)

Requirements

We're looking for a rigorous and innovative mindset, and:

  • You have graduated in Finance, admin, Human resources or Labor Laws Business Administration and you have built significant working experience in one of the these areas
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in French
  • You have a good written English and are happy working in a multicultural environment
  • You are very organised, thorough and a quick thinker
  • You are empathetic, discreet and trustworthy: you will often be part of confidential information and need to treat it with maximum reliability
  • You are passionate and always want to go the extra mile to ensure that the work environment is the best it could be
  • You are detail oriented, with a high sense of ownership and a solid autonomy
  • You are flexible and adaptable. You are comfortable dealing with multiple and constantly new topics

Important: You must possess an employment status: French or Schengen area nationality or a ‘carte de séjour’ that will allow you to work from our Paris office.
