As we keep on expanding we are looking for a Corporate IT Lead who will contribute to our internal growth by taking responsibilities of end users (staff members) devices (laptops and mobile phones - Mac oriented), collaboration and communication tools (Google workspace, Office365, JIRA, Confluence, …), identity and access management tools (Okta), SaaS services used by various departments, video-conference systems, screen- sharing systems, printers, … all in respect with our security compliance policies!

Your typical set of missions will include but not limited to :

• Define and implement processes to manage corporate IT and end users accesses (ie. provisioning / deprovisioning)
• Manage the configuration of end users devices (laptops, mobile phones, ...) as well as communication and collaboration technology
• Provide support to end users (worldwide to all our offices)
• Manage accounts and rights on softwares and SaaS services
• Manage and maintain a variety of SaaS tools
• Manage and maintain the inventory of assets
• Manage IT purchases and the IT budget
• Collaborate with the security team to implement security standards on corporate IT
• Identify opportunities and recommend ways to improve the reliability , efficiency and security of corporate IT.

Requirements

We are looking for a Corporate IT Lead who wants to be a core contributor to our team and company’s growth.

We will consider your application, if :

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience, of which 2-3 years in IT Support (end user devices / SaaS tools)
• You have full working proficiency in English to work in an international environment
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with different teams
• You are autonomous, a fast learner, pragmatic and proactive
• You enjoy learning and improving your skills

It’s a plus if you have:

• Good knowledge of Apple fleets (Mac & Iphones)
• Good knowledge of JIRA & Confluence administration
• Experience in security of end-user devices
• Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g. Python)
