About the team:

We're rapidly growing and looking for people with grit, talent, and great attitudes that are up for the challenge of a tech scale-up! Recruiting at Aircall consists not just of LinkedIn Recruiter and phone screens; we are the brand ambassadors of Aircall that create and maintain new or exciting approaches for effective, diversity-centric hiring. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high growth company, with many opportunities for learning. You will report to our Global Talent Acquisition Team Manager for Business and work on a daily basis with our team of three in New York!

What you'll do:

  • Full cycle recruiting: including sourcing, qualifying, screening, interviewing and hiring/closing qualified candidates (from verbal offer to written offer) to fill job openings for hiring managers
  • Create all components of a successful interview process including job descriptions, interview processes, and offers
  • Qualify candidates based on role requirements and expectations
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand and define hiring needs and profiles, and position yourself as a true business partner for the hiring managers, developing an innovative hiring strategy for them
  • Utilize your understanding of hiring needs to assist in building out creative recruiting strategies that attract skilled and diverse talent that contribute to the development of diversity within Aircall
  • Develop and execute on outbound initiatives for recruiting candidates: promotion and creation of brand awareness, outreach via LinkedIn, Mogul, or any other creative method you can think of!
  • Serve as the first and/or primary point of contact for engaged candidates: guide them through the Aircall interview process, provide feedback, and create an incredible candidate experience every step of the way
  • Schedule phone and on-site interviews, providing preparation materials for the hiring managers and candidates
  • Through phone & in-person interviews: identify needs of candidates and whether they align with the career path Aircall provides
  • Treat each candidate with the absolute utmost level of respect
  • Effectively, honestly, and concisely communicate the value associated with job opportunities at Aircall
  • Meet Aircall’s aggressive goals and objectives around hiring in our hypergrowth environment
  • Collaborate with the global TA team to participate in improving our employer branding and strategy around hiring and retention
  • What you'll bring:

  • 1+ year of in-house or agency full cycle recruiting experience (a mix of both preferred!)
  • 3+ years of work experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, Sales, Customer Success, Human Resources or a related field
  • Previous experience in a tech scale up environment is a big plus! (SaaS, AdTech, FinTech etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study preferred, but by no means required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Emotional intelligence and an empathetic propensity to read between the lines and understand what the candidate/hiring manager is saying, and what they mean
  • Previous success partnering with hiring managers to find, engage, and hire amazing talent
  • A passion for relationship-based recruiting and building long-term relationships with prospective candidates
  • Comfortable managing several competing tasks and issues in a very fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and superior time management & prioritization skills
  • Passion for consistently providing high quality candidate experiences even when dealing with volume
  • Proven resilience and the ability to stay calm and cool under pressure; comfortable handling a robust pipeline of candidates across multiple searches
  • Experience using an ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever
  • Experience with negotiating offers, including complex offer situations needing input from multiple stakeholders
  • High level of motivation, drive, positivity, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
