Aircall is looking for an outstanding Partner Account Manager to help build and develop our Partner program in DACH, BeNeLux and the Nordics, across the SaaS and telecom ecosystems. 

Reporting to the Head of Channel DACH, BeNeLux and Nordics, you will be responsible for the growth and development of Existing Partnerships as well as acquiring New Partners. You will drive them through our Partner programs, onboarding and enabling the partner to be successful. Your main goal will be to work hand-in-hand with our Channel Partners to generate New Revenue.

We are looking for a Talented Professional who is seeking an outstanding and interesting challenge and is eager for professional development. You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and interacting with senior-level partner executives, building relationships and going after long-term goals.

You will be working in Aircall’s office in Berlin with an option for remote and flexible work.

Responsibilities & Expectations :

  • Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with the Aircall channel partner community, including implementation agencies, SaaS, SI’s, Telecom Master Agents, VARs, and other consultants / Resellers
  • Meet and exceed pipeline as well as revenue quota from your portfolio of channel partners
  • Structure, negotiate and execute deals with Existing/ Prospective Channel partners
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our Channel Partner program and go-to-market
  • Understand our vision, solution offering, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy and effectively communicate these to partners
  • Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to identify high value opportunities and create partner enablement content and infrastructure
  • Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations/demos to accelerate channel partners enablement, acquisition and revenues
  • What we are looking for :

  • 🎓 Education : Master’s degree in a business-related field
  • 💥 Experience : 2 years in a sales-related role
  • 👂 Languages : Fluency in English and German
  • 🔨 Tools : experience working with CRMs. Knowing Salesforce would be a plus
  • 💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 😎 Extroverted personality and sales-oriented mindset
  • 👭 A natural ability to manage relationships
  • 🤝 Service mindset to guide and help others grow
  • 🙋‍♂ Ability to bring new ideas  
  • ✈️ Willingness to travel in region as needed
