Job description

As a Number Migration Specialist, you’ll be in charge of ensuring that all new and existing customer’s phone numbers will be seamlessly transferred and configured in Aircall. In doing so, you’re a key player in the customer journey and one of the first points of contact.
Customer happiness is your mission and representing Aircall with integrity and professionalism is key. You’ll work closely across several customer-facing teams globally (New York & Paris) to efficiently initiate, coordinate and configure phone numbers for our clients.

What you will do:

  • Manage and facilitate Aircall customer number porting requests through queue management (Zendesk)
  • Facilitate customer communication and follow-up’s proactively through ticket and phone (Aircall Phone & Zendesk)
  • Engage directly with partner carriers to manage number porting escalations & processes
  • Coordinate globally across teams to ensure documentation & processes are accurate
  • Build an integrable & professional training deck for new team members
  • Monitor number porting lead times in relation to customer’s needs and regulations
  • Collaborate with other customer-facing teams to accelerate and proactively manage their number porting needs
  • Ensure that data collection is within compliance and is accurately represented by our customers and by Aircall
  • Manage number configurations and setup within Aircall

Preferred experience

What you will bring:

  • Fluent French Speaker (minimum C1 level)
  • Minimum English level required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Great attention to detail & organization
  • Autonomous, takes initiative and truly owns his/her own success
  • Exhibits uncompromising empathy
  • Ability to multi-task across different platforms and forms of communication
  • Willingness to work amongst multiple teams in an international and multilingual environment
  • Data-driven and results-oriented - not afraid to jump into an Excel document
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ready to grow and develop your career in a fast-growing start-up
