The Responsibilities of the role
- Source, qualify and contact potential customers
- Daily outreach to prospective customers via calls, emails and social media
- Utilize social media to identify, target and engage prospective customers and develop leads
- Qualify and develop leads from Marketing campaigns
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior Marketing executives, RevOps leaders, and Social media managers
- Identify customer needs and present potential products and solutions
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
- Where appropriate, assist and participate in product demonstrations with Account Executives
- Consistently meet or exceed phone call and social media outreach activities, pipeline development and qualified opportunity quota goals
- Collaborate with Marketing to research accounts, identify key players, and develop scripts and messages
- Track progress towards meeting quota with Account Ex
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
About you
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Hubspot
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field

This role will ideally be staffed with a candidate from the Philippines or similar regions, with compensation commensurate with the region.
