The position

Job description

Working together with the HRBP team, managers and employees, you will be in charge of supervising a team covering all payroll, administration and legal actions related to our employees at Agicap in all our countries. Providing flawless execution and embedded service will be key to maintain a great employee experience and agility to the business.

As our team is evolving quickly, you will start to partner with Tech and Product teams during 4 months during a maternity leave before joining the sales and customer success teams in France for a long term role.

Your main responsibilities:

- Accurately assess the needs of the Business areas from a Human Resources perspective, prioritize interventions and gain commitment for delivery.

- Advise and support employees and managers within your scope, on all HR topics during the employee journey (from onboarding to offboarding) in a way that foster growth, innovation and organizational effectiveness

- Be the point of contact of the Executive manager in charge of your scope to build a  HR strategy supporting the business, managers 

- Support the managers with resource planning, organization and people strategy 

- Support the periodical performance and compensation review processes.

- Make sure PDR and Individual Development Plans are followed up and lead to talent retention.

- Supervise wellness and health initiatives for our employees

- Ensure great internal mobility across departments and countries to maximize business agility.

- Be the point of contact for our employees for all kinds of questions and needs (e.g. payroll, absences, benefits, contracts, confirmations, legal queries, parental leaves)

- Monitor employee satisfaction and work on action plans for improvement  

- Collaborate with the rest of the People Team (Talent Acquisition, Process, Operations, Learning and Development…) and with other departments


Preferred experience

⭐️ What we are looking for :

  • Master’s degree in French labour law, human resources or another field relevant to HR

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in human resources and/or labour law, ideally in a tech start-up environment including employee relations, management counseling.

  • Fluency in French and English

  • Passion for people 

  • Project management experience

  • Mature and confident personality, capable of working autonomously
