The position

Job description

🎯 Reporting to Clément, Co-Founder and Chief of Global Expansion, and based in Lyon, you role :

• Ensure the achievement of new revenue targets on the French market (monthly target, ACV < 10K€)
• Manage and ensure the achievement of the closing objectives of the AE France team (10 people)
• Ensure the ramp up of each new AE (3 to 4 months max)
• Manage the 3 SDR team lead, to ensure the achievement of the sourcing objectives of the SDR team (20 people)
• Recruit sales in Lyon and scale the team while respecting the quotas (2 SDR / AE)
• Work in close collaboration with the management teams on the leadgen strategy, upsell, pricing, product training, successes in France that can be replicated in other countries, etc.


Preferred experience

⭐ We’re looking for :

First similar experience as a Head of Sales or Head of AE in the SaaS B2B industry (ACV < 10K€), in hypergrowth, ideally at the service of SMEs
