Created in Lyon in 2016 by French entrepreneurs, AGICAP has become one of the fastest scale-ups in Europe, with more than 3500 customers and revenue growth of over 900%.

AGICAP makes it quick and easy for SMEs leaders to monitor and forecast their cash flow.
We are fundamentally rethinking the way SMEs manage one of their biggest pain points : cash flow.
Our ambition is to become the global financial management solution for SMEs in Europe.

With this, we have raised 3 rounds of funding, bringing our total venture funding to $121 million.
The additional funding will be used for further product innovation, to grow significantly the team across Europe by welcoming more than 800 new talents and accelerate international expansion into more than 10 European countries.

Job description

Our success story is based on a unique customer-centric culture, an innovative product and excellence of our teams. In the Marketing Team, we work at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to develop Agicap growth through continuous innovation on marketing and sales processes and usages.

As a Global Head of Growth at Agicap your role will be to :

  • Create an innovative and ambitious growth strategy plan to support and accelerate internal processes towards lead generation and customer retention
  • Anticipate future operational and technological needs to accompany corporate growth objectives
  • Manage the Growth teams (6 people) and ensure prioritization, delivery time and quality of productions
  • Define and communicate a Growth production roadmap aligned with the corporate strategy to sustain company’s acceleration on a global scale
  • Set proper dashboarding/reporting to monitor performance and key levers to optimize at every stage of the acquisition funnel
  • Develop cross department collaboration on Growth topics and support : Data, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product…
  • Be the corporate ambassador in the global growth ecosystem and develop networking opportunities

You will become familiar with our business and get to know everything about the way we sell and service our customers. Your onboarding will be very complete, it will also be an opportunity for you to be part of the Agicap tribe.

Preferred experience

⭐ You will be a key driver of Agicap growth and report to our CMO. We’re looking for an experienced Head of Growth :

• Full professional proficiency in English and French
• At ease in a B2B SaaS environment targeting SMBs
• A proven ability to work in a cross-functional team to achieve business goals
• Analytical and problem solving skills to drive sales and marketing efficiency
• A proven experience in generating large scale user acquisition and revenue pipeline
• Team leader capabilities
