As the Chief People Officer, your role will be to structure and manage Agicap’s HR department (France and International - Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, UK).

Role and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the global HR teams (approximately 20 people)
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage payroll across all countries in line with our local external providers
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, in France and internationally, in line with local labor laws and regulations
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issue
• Provide decision support through HR metrics, with KPIs aligned to business needs
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Oversee the onboarding process, assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Nurture a positive working environment, reinforcing employer branding (employee XP, happy management etc)

⭐ You’ll have a central role in the growth of Agicap, reporting directly to our CEO What we are looking for :

• You have 8+ years of experience in HR, ideally in companies with 200+ employees
• You’ve ideally previous worked in a Scale-up environment, in a context of hypergrowth
• You are able to adapt easily to fast-paced growth (15+ hirings / month), to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• You are curious, always looking out for new HR trends and new regulations
• You have a good understanding of the “tech start-up” ecosystem, in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and process-oriented
• People-oriented, you have a strong capacity to drive a coach, lead, coach and improve performance
• French native, fluent English
