The position

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR & Recruitment team in Prague. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a student pursuing a career in Human Resources to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various HR initiatives within our organization.

The HR Student Assistant will work closely with HR professionals and Recruiters and support day-to-day HR operations across multiple functional areas.

As an HR Assistant you will:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, sourcing candidate, and scheduling interviews across CZ and DK.

  • Support new hire onboarding process.

  • Assist with employee relations initiatives, including drafting communications, conducting research, and organizing employee events.

  • Support HR projects and initiatives.

  • Respond to general inquiries from employees and provide assistance as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with integrity and discretion.

Preferred experience

  • Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Czech, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
