Since 2018, Women in Leadership is Adevinta’s global year-long accelerated development programme designed to get more women ready to succeed in leadership roles.
It’s aimed to build diversity in the talent pipeline by addressing the under-representation of women in leadership across the organisation. It also helps current female leaders feed their ambition for senior leadership positions by providing them accelerated career development.
