Women in Leadership

Since 2018, Women in Leadership is Adevinta’s global year-long accelerated development programme designed to get more women ready to succeed in leadership roles.

It’s aimed to build diversity in the talent pipeline by addressing the under-representation of women in leadership across the organisation. It also helps current female leaders feed their ambition for senior leadership positions by providing them accelerated career development. Since 2021, the programme has two tracks: Emerging Women Leaders and Next Women Leaders. Let’s find out more.

Emerging Women Leaders

It’s a track that targets high potential women at mid-level stages in their career. The objective is to support them by focusing leadership career planning and development at an earlier stage.
