Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:  

As the Content Factory Lead, you will be in charge of the Content Factory team. Attached to the ecommerce department, this newly created team sits in the central Content Strategy team and acts as a service provider for internal teams (brands and regional teams), hotels and external partners, providing content management services. 

Managing 3 Content Managers and growing the team will be your key priority to elevate it as a center of excellence for content, ensuring ultimate content quality and availability on Accor content ecosystem.  

The good knowledge of content best practices, monitoring of industry standards and trends will drive your decisions and give you privilege position to deliver valuable recommendations to all Accor stakeholders.  

 

Team upskilling, workload and performance monitoring, workflow optimization, automation will be your daily tools to optimize time to market, provide high-end service quality and maximize user satisfaction.

Your mission:  

1# Supervision of the Content Factory 

  • Management of the team composed of 3 Content Managers: identify skills and affinities, axis of progress, training needs 

  • Definition of the team upskilling strategy on 2 key pillars: 

  • content management: photo quality analysis, sorting, fine tuning and indexation through effective descriptions, and guidance to the users to raise awareness on content prerequisites 

  • content production: building expertise on editorial content writing, image creation through GenAI tools 

  • Team performance monitoring, business impact monitoring and reporting 

2# Grow the team expertise to become a Center of Excellence for content 

  • Monitor and understand market best practices (content trends, solutions, AI) 

  • Analyse Accor DAM Content stock: draw statistics on available assets, understand usage and ROI 

  • Issue recommendations for content investment or creation (specific types, formats or topics) 

  • Grow expertise around content production through GenAI (editorial, image, translations) 

  • Participate in content sharing sessions 

3# Managing the run of the Content Factory 

  • Acquire a thorough knowledge of the different internal clients 

  • Operational management: workload management and task dispatch within the team to ensure service continuity and time to market 

  • Ensure service quality: satisfaction monitoring and continuous workflow optimization 

  • Analyse KPI and be proactive in proposing solutions 

  • Organise and prepare Steering committees with internal stakeholders  

4# Contribution to content tools strategy and continuous improvement 

  • Develop extended expertise on internal content tools (AEM Sites, Assets and Asset Share) 

  • Identify and share content tools limitations, optimization requirements and automation ideas with the product and technical teams 


Preferred experience

And you?  

  • 7-10 years of experience in operational team leadership (Content Factory, Content Managers, Project managers) 

  • Proven expertise in project deployment and service optimization (e.g., transition with external providers, workflow management) 

  • Experience in performance management and KPI monitoring, with the ability to provide optimization recommendations 

  • Strong interest in AI technologies and curiosity for genAI applications in content management 

  • Experience in digital content management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) analysis, with the ability to leverage data to identify improvement areas 

  • Proven track record in providing strategic recommendations based on market benchmarks and content trends 

  • Adaptability to dynamic environments, with the ability to quickly adjust resources and priorities based on internal demands 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize strategic insights for Content Managers, Steering Committees, and internal clients 

  • A plus: knowledge of retail, luxury, or hospitality sectors 

  • Fluent English is mandatory; a third language is a plus
