You have been used to work in the industrial and/or R&D field for a minimum of 2 years in the recruitment activities (all levels).
An experience of international talent acquisition (headhunting, relocations...) would be a great asset.
As you will be assessing and working with people from more than 25 nationalities, fluency in English is key. Being able to speak other languages such as german or italian would be a plus.
