The position

Job description

Recruitment operations (RecOps) is a function that defines work processes, helps talent acquisition teams run more efficiently, and oversees logistics like interview scheduling, offer processing, and onboarding. Recruitment operations maximizes ACC’s ability to hire quickly, reduce costs, and ensure resources are used effectively, while positively affecting candidate experience by improving time-to-hire, communication with hiring teams, and more.

The recruitment operations manager works closely with Talent Acquisition teams, IT team, Finance team, Procurement team, Quality team and Excellence officers to set up the most efficient processes and tools and make sure they are properly standardized and driven.

This role is a job creation. It is pivotal in our fast-growing company that is hiring at the same time both very specialised talents from all over the world and high-volume manufacturing roles to operate our cutting-edge equipments.

The main activities of ACC's first appointed RecOps manager will include:

Optimize talent acquisition operations

  • Support the head of recruiting by managing operational aspects of talent acquisition with a special focus on identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the change to run mode of talent acquisition projects with all stakeholders in order to have them embedded in day-to-day business practices.
  • Train and hold accountable the recruiting organization, hiring managers and interviewers on operational changes to promote excellence.
  • Manage budget, spend and ROI of talent acquisition tools.
  • Build relationships and collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement and Business.

Strategy development

  • Understand market conditions, trends, and growth targets related to recruitment activity.
  • Develop and manage a recruitment operations strategy to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manage change and related communications
  • Drive global recruitment strategies to scale the organization.
  • Obtain business and candidate feedback on recruitment quality and identify improvement opportunities.

Events management

  • Work with communication team to set up various talent acquisition related events such as internal ones like the onboarding seminar or external ones such as webinars to boost our visibility.
  • Collect satisfaction insights from surveys in a perpetual improvement logic.
  • Optimize attendees experience based on these insights.

Systems management

  • Oversee recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, onboarding, contingent workforce, employee referral, diversity recruiting, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Identify, build, maintain and manage relationships with recruiting vendors, agencies and third-party suppliers.

Reporting and analytics

  • Identify, monitor and regularly report key metrics (including KPIs and ROI) for TA service, sourcing platforms, staffing partners and productivity tools.
  • Use data to analyze and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Identify new tools and technology to improve talent acquisition operations.

Preferred experience

The selected candidate should match with the following requirements:

Acquired through previous at least 6 years experiences in talent acquisition and roles with a focus on change management and operational excellence:

Proficiency in talent acquisition management softwares and applicant tracking systems improvement.

Familiarity with various recruitment channels and social media groups.

Change management.

Data collection, data quality, data analysis.

Automation and digitization.

Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills.

Education:

Master degree in HR management, Change management or Process management.

Langages:

Bilingual or very fluent spoken and written English and French is a must. Mastery of German or Italian is an asset. Knowledge of EV battery / Automotive industries is an asset too.

Previous experiences in both volumetric and specific hirings would help with figuring out faster our business targets.

The process for this role will involve 4 interviews, including a meeting with our CHRO.

It can be located in any ACC premises, with a preference for Bordeaux and Paris. Frequent overnight trips will be needed.
