RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the growth and internationalisation of LA VIE !
• Redaction and review contacts in Sales, Marketing, General affaires, HR & production
• Legal support in our expansion to other countries : legal structuring of new subsidaries, transfers prices, management fees, ect
• Ensure juridical and reglementary compliance of our products with food law policy
• Handle French taxation subjects
• Litigation management
• Handle contractual relationships with our partners
• Ensure our intellectual property rights are well protected
• Reporting to our CEO

COMPETENCIES

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a laywer or legal councel, experience with retailers or co- manufacturers is a big plus!
• You are Autonomous: You will take full accountability for all legal topics and handle the relations with our external advisors for projects requiring specialists
• You thrive working in a fast-paced environment, Start-Up experience is a good to have
• You are Ambitious : Our legal team will grow in the near futur and could be leading it!
• You are a Team player and you keep cool when working under tight deadlines
• You are Bilingual French - English
