As part of the growth of our HR team, we’re looking for a motivated and curious HR Intern to support a variety of strategic and operational HR projects.
Talent Management & Recruitment
Help draft and update job descriptions in collaboration with operational teams.
Support the creation and optimization of job postings across our recruitment platforms.
Contribute to early work on skills mapping and internal career path structuring.
Compensation & Benefits
Contribute to benchmarking studies on compensation and benefits in the gaming and tech industry.
Assist in the structuring of our comp & ben policies (i.e perks, employee incentives, well-being initiatives etc).
HR Projects
Assist in the development of our inclusion policy, with a focus on disability awareness and RQTH (Recognition of Disabled Worker Status): research, benchmarking, internal awareness.
Take part in other transversal HR topics (onboarding, internal communications, HR documentation, etc.).
School Relations & Employer Branding
Research and identify target schools and training programs relevant to our roles (gaming, tech, marketing, HR…).
Support the development of sustainable partnerships with schools (career fairs, presentations, alumni connections).
Contribute to employer branding initiatives (social media, career website, communication materials).
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (gap year or final-year internship).
Strong interpersonal skills, organized, proactive, creative.
Excellent writing and communication abilities.
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace / Canva / MS Office etc).
Interest in the mobile gaming or tech industry is a strong plus.
