  • Voice of customers: Leverage user feedback in all its form to understand how users can better engage with the product.

  • Market Trends & Competitors Benchmark: Monitor the market, competitors, and emerging trends to position the product ahead of the curve.

3. Influence proactively and transversally to enable speed & scalability across the company on skills related projects

  • Stakeholder Management: Proactively identify stakeholders impacted to factor their requirements into product decisions.

  • Team Leadership: Collaborate tightly in an agile way with Engineers, Data Scientists, Skills Experts, Product Owner, Product Designer, and customer success teams.

  • Communication: Communicate with precision, empathy, and influence across all levels of the organization.

4. Deliver and coordinate roadmap execution from fast iterations and improvements to long-term architecture investments on skills foundations

  • Shaping & Investment: Prioritise opportunities with rigor and strategic depth to ensure that resources are invested where they will have the greatest impact.

  • Scoping & Build: Translate vision into actionable plans and ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.

  • Tech & Product Culture: Champion a strong product and technology culture centered on collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.
