As Head of Design, your role is to support this transition by ensuring that the experiences offered by Yousign are as simple and high-quality as possible.
This notion of simplicity is a strong differentiator: both in terms of the customer experience and in the philosophy we apply at every level of the company.
The Design team is a key ambassador of this philosophy: both internally and externally.
You will be a member of the Product leadership team and actively contribute to decision-making impacting the life of the Product team.
The Design team is currently made up of 10 people: 3 Brand Designers, 5 Product Designers, one Localization Manager, and a Head of Design.
The Product Designers are embedded within the different Product teams.
These teams are cross-functional and autonomous (feature teams and impact teams), bringing together product managers, product designers, and developers. Their mission is simple: to create the simplest and most effective experiences on the market, while also being strong facilitators within their teams.
The Brand Designers work to make Yousign’s brand shine within our ecosystem. They collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams by delivering impactful assets (videos, ads, website, sales decks, …) while ensuring strong brand consistency.
The Localization Manager’s mission is to guarantee a high level of quality in all deliverables across the countries where Yousign operates, with a strong focus on UX writing, copywriting, and translation.
Reporting directly to the Product leadership and working closely with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, your missions will be the following:
- Ensure operational excellence and smooth collaboration within your teams
You create the conditions that allow your teams to deliver user-friendly, simple, and impactful experiences. You ensure interdisciplinary collaboration with the Product, Tech, and Marketing teams is smooth, constructive, and aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure Design best practices at Yousign
Designers play a key role during the discovery phases of Product teams.
You make sure that our processes, standards, tools, and methodologies are suited to current and future challenges, and that they are consistently adopted across the company. You are the guarantor of Design quality and consistency, whether in Product or Brand.
- Actively contribute to the Product roadmap
You work hand in hand with the Product teams to anticipate needs, prioritize initiatives, and ensure Design team capacity aligns with roadmap ambition.
- Develop talent and careers
You support your teams in their growth by defining a clear progression framework, fostering skill development, and instilling a culture of continuous feedback, to strengthen their engagement and retention.
- Hands-on contribution
While your role is primarily managerial and strategic, you do not hesitate to contribute directly to Design work (Product or Brand) when needed: framing a new approach, building a critical prototype, overhauling a process, or bringing creative inspiration to a key project.
