You will join our Data team of 5 Data Analysts, 2 Data Engineers and a Director of Data. Data team is directly attached to the Engineering & Product, the largest team in the company and a very core function for us.

Job Description

As a business oriented Data Analyst (H/F/X) you will hold a strategic role in our organization. You will be the go-to person for Revenue leaders and guide them in all things compensation. Using existing data sets or scoping data production to answer business needs on a frequent basis will be part of your responsibilities.

Your missions 

• Collaborate with Revenue Directors
  
  Work closely with Revenue Directors to understand their business needs and provide them with data-driven insights. This involves developing a deep understanding of the revenue team's goals, processes, and challenges, as well as the broader business context in which they operate.
  
• Handle the Analytics side of compensation
  
  Collaborate closely with the compensation team, and conduct comprehensive analysis, so that Finance can translate them into meaningful enhancements.
  
• Respond to Ad-Hoc Requests
  
  A significant part of your time will be dedicated to responding to ad-hoc requests from the revenue directors. These requests may range from simple data pulls to complex analysis projects, and you will need to be able to prioritize them effectively to ensure that you are meeting the needs of the business in a timely and efficient manner.
  
• Prioritize Modeling needs
  
  You will also need to spend time prioritizing the modeling needs of the revenue team. This involves working with analytics engineers to identify areas where data analysis can be used to improve business outcomes and help them prioritize data models development
  
• Produce Dashboards on Metabase and Salesforce
  
  You must produce and maintain dashboards on Metabase and Salesforce to provide the revenue team with easy access to key metrics and insights. These dashboards should be user-friendly and provide clear, actionable insights that can help the team make informed decisions.
  

Your Profile

• You have a proven track record as a Data Analyst working closely with Sales leaders and Sales teams
• You have experience using SQL and Excel and in creating dashboards
• You are autonomous and willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment
• You are a problem solver, ready to build strong relationships with Sales teams
• You are confident in your recommandations and able to advocate for them
• You speak fluent English
• Having skills in Salesforce dashboarding is a strong "nice to have"
