You will join the finance team and be responsible for ensuring consistency between Revenue targets and company financial targets by working closely with the VP Sales and his Revenue Directors.

Missions

- Design compensation plans: based on the budget we need to achieve and in close relationship with Revenue Directors, provide recommendations on existing compensation plans to better drive Revenue teams' performance
- Administrate compensation plans: implement changes throughout the year, communicate them, and address individual questions \[high “run”-operational dimension in the job\]
- Provide some analysis on individual & team performances: use them to adapt future comp plans and share them with Revenue leaders
- Define punctual incentives (« spiffs ») and long-term challenges (« Sales Club ») to drive specific performance
- Act as a challenger for our VP Sales & Revenue Directors: your independence will grant you the right balance between budget needs and people adjustment
- Collaborating closely with the data team that will conduct comprehensive analysis for you, and then you will translate them into meaningful enhancements

In addition to compensation, act as a Business Partner in Revenue generation : 

 

- orchestrate Forecast exercise with VP Sales and Revenue Directors 
- ensure topline model consistency

 


    You will work closely with

    - Your Finance counterparts
    - VP Sales & his Revenue Directors (all stages of the Sales funnel)
    - Data team: frequent catch-ups with Business Analysts to get the right insights on Revenue performance based on specific analysis
    - Business Ops team: hand-in-hand work to ensure tooling connection and sales processes knowledge to make sure you have the right information at your disposal
    - HR team dealing with payroll & benefits: they will take your outputs in the payroll and share with you possible job changes in the Revenue organization

      - You are a problem solver, ready to build strong relationships with internal teams and defend your recommendations
      - You have experience using Google Sheet / Excel and Salesforce
      - You have outstanding writing and oral communication skills both in French and English
      - If you have a knowledge of Amalia it is a plus
