Branislav a occupé de multiples responsabilités dans des agences digitales et des sociétés de conseil, puis chez L’Oréal à un poste de direction où il développe tout particulièrement un savoir-faire associé aux global shoppers chinois, russes, arabes ou encore brésiliens. Auteur - contributeur de The Age of Conversation (en 2008), il est ponctuellement speaker dans des conférences, et a été intervenant par le passé à Sciences Po et à Audencia. En 2013, il est nominé par The Guardian parmi les meilleurs talents mondiaux du digital. Il co-fonde WITH en 2015 avec Olivier Philippe.

Between Chennai, Paris, Shanghai, Hong Kong and now Madrid, Geoffroy has honed his approach to business and his understanding of digital issues on the international scene. An expert in these subjects, he led a team of 20 people on 200 digital projects for major French accounts in the space of two years at KRDS. Then, within the agency SAME SAME but different, he developed an expertise in communication tools dedicated to Chinese customers. Also an entrepreneur, Geoffroy is the co-founder of the agency Moshi Moshi before taking over the management of the Madrid subsidiary of WITH in 2017.

With over 20 years of experience in building digital B2C and B2B solutions in agencies, startups and medium-sized international organizations, Stéphane is a multi-faceted professional passionate about mobile, data and Internet industries. With an entrepreneurial "own the outcome" mindset, he enjoys providing strategic and tactical leadership for crafting innovative value propositions and user experiences to customers.

With over three decades of expertise in communications and consumer insight, Bertrand has embraced Open Data as a central focus, offering data-driven solutions at WITH. He partners with established brands, devising tailor-made methodologies to extract impactful insights from Open (particularly Social) data, and delivers results through captivating data storytelling. He is leading clients including Coty Group, Bacardi Group, Danone, and Pierre Fabre.

Gracy has 5 years of experience in luxury, fashion and beauty brands’ strategy consulting and deployment for Asia market. Before joining WITH, Gracy has been at luxury intelligence company Luxurynsight as China project director. She is leading the Coty account and luxury clients at WITH, with the team of consultants to help our client to win in hyper digitalized Asia market.

Julie joined WITH as a Talent Acquisition Manager after her studies in Intercultural Management. Her responsibilities include early stages of employer awareness, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development. Julie finds fulfillment in positively impacting both the company and individuals' lives by guiding them towards meaningful and fulfilling careers in a diverse and supportive environment.

Chloé ZHANG has been working at WITH for 3 years, and currently she is the senior client partner at WITH EAST team. Thanks to the past years experiences in the leading international groups such as Coty, L’Oreal, Estee Lauder and Alibaba, she has the strong expertise in beauty, healthcare and FMCG industries. Furthermore, as a native Chinese speaker working in France, Chloé fully understands the different ways of working and methodology between local markets and HQ, which truly helps clients solve challenges.

For the past two and a half years, Eloïse has been working as a Senior Client Partner at WITH, in charge of Luxury, Beauty, and Travel Retail topics for the West team. Her responsibilities also include the management of client accounts and a part of our internal consulting teams. Eloise values the diversity and multiplicity of her clients and the missions she is working on. Eager to learn, Eloise is always ready to share and receive knowledge from clients or her colleagues at WITH.

Clemence is currently leading the WITH Paris office with 60 talents and drives the strategic, commercial, operational & human development of the entity. She joined WITH 5 years ago and opened the Asian related activities thanks to her previous experiences. She used to live and work in Shanghai, China for 5 years at a digital marketing agency helping brands to enter and accelerate their China Businesses. She was also an external consultant within LVMH Digital Transformation teams, where she was organizing trainings, workshops and inspiration trips for the experts and CEO of the different maisons.


WITH is a digital partner of a new kind, launched in 2015 in Paris, 2017 in Madrid and now in Geneva. They already count more than 90 talents after 7 years in business, and were proud to finish 2020 with a 30% growth and 25 new long-term hires, despite COVID.

WITH Paris is focused on marketing consultancy and implants around 4 intertwined verticals, counting amidst the hottest topics in the current marketing revolution: China, eCommerce & Amazon, Social Marketing and Science & Innovation.

WITH Madrid’s focus is on innovation and technology, offering a combination of engineers, data analysts, UX/UI & PMO/PO in order to audit, create, build and manage complex digital projects.

Their main clients include: Danone group, L'Oréal, Coty, LVMH (incl. Parfums Christian Dior), Bacardi Martini, Pierre Fabre, Crédit Agricole Payment Services, Cartier and Total amongst others.
