WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Leading and coordinating entrusted projects (mainly IT and Technology modernization) in Logistics from business client side
• Coordinating the work of internal teams, external consultants and contractors within the assigned projects
• Collecting business requirements for the project, evaluating them, analyzing them and transforming them to technical requirements and economical calculations
• Assisting at various levels of project approval and implementation and helping in task analysis, implementation, validation and testing
• Acting as an interface between the business clients, implementation team and development team
• Participating on the project during tender and contracting process
• Analyzing and evaluating recently used systems/processes in the company, gathering information about new solutions available in the world and preparing proposals for possible improvements
• Regular reporting on the status of individual projects

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW AND HAVE?

• Secondary education + relevant experience in IT/Logistics/Supply Chain or a university degree
• Professional experience in business analyst or experience with implementation and deployment of projects in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Ability to document complex business processes and handle all types of business requirements
• Familiar with project management methodologies and project management tools
• Ability to create a complete business case for a new project including CAPEX estimation and OPEX benefits evaluation
• Understanding basic logistics IT concepts and technology solutions in industrial companies
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Project and MS Visio
• Analytical and team coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a complex international working environment, having a number of developments in progress simultaneously
• Good English and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Driving license group B, willingness to travel
