The Operations department consists of five distinct teams: customer service, seller support, delivery and fulfillment, PMO, and payment.
The Marketing teams are here to support ManoMano's growth by attracting qualified B2C and B2B visitors and by engaging them to become frequent customers. Their mission is to work all along the customer journey to create a desirable and innovative brand experience.

To support this growth, they also offer services such as Sponsored Ads and Mano Fulfillment to enhance the visibility and efficiency of our partners' operations.
