Your Responsibilities:
You will be part of recently created small team of HR Admins supporting our Polish MANN+HUMMEL branch in various HR processes
You will process various HR data related requests such as creating employee files, various data changes, administration of benefits and other HR related supporting tasks including reporting
You will mainly communicate with the local HR colleagues in Poland alongside with the customers (MANN+HUMMEL employees from the Polish location)
You will maintain the data in SAP SuccessFactors and local HR System (Koma)
The requests will come via ticketing system SNOW from the front office located in Poland
You will work part-time (20 hours/week) in business hours

Profile description:
Your Profile:
Education: High school/University degree in Business Administration or another relevant field
Experience: +1 year of experience with HR processes of mainly Admin/Data Management character is required, experience with reporting is an advantage
RequiredSkills: knowledge of MS Excel on intermediate level, knowledge of HR tools (such as SuccessFactors) or ticketing tool is an advantage, knowledge of Koma is an advantage
Languages: Fluency in Polish (B2+) and very good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level) is required, minimum conversational Czech (B1/B2 level)
Competencies: Team and customer oriented personality with great communication skills and attention to detail
