Organization and methodologies

Organised in Agile/Scrum, we have several squads, generally made of 1 Product Owner, 1 Lead Developer, 5 Developers and 2 QA Engineers. Each squad works on innso product features. The developers report to our Technical Director, while our Product and QA teams report to our Head of Product. Scrum rituals structure our 3-week sprints. A meeting is scheduled several times a month involving all innso developers to share feedback and best practice. Our Delivery, DevOps, Security, UX/UI and Documentation teams work cross-functionally on the whole innso application.

As a product of Foundever™, innso is a Customer Engagement Management (CEM) platform that delivers real operational efficiency and an optimized customer experience. Designed by operations, for operations and using a deep knowledge of the customer experience, the innso platform simplifies communication for customers and contact center teams in enterprises and large corporations through simple and flexible applications. innso platform is uniquely focused on the day-to-day needs of operations. It orchestrates and optimizes interactions and inquiries with simplicity, efficiency, and convenience, promoting a continuing conversational connection between brands and customers.

Tech challenges

One of our major technical challenges is to migrate our monolithic application to a microservices architecture with the aim of making the innso application even more scalable and agile, while reducing our consumption of resources. At the same time, we are ensuring that we maintain high standards in terms of security, performance and high availability. To meet this ambitious challenge, we can count on a team of several people dedicated to this transformation project. We have already developed our first microservices. Our target is to have around 10-15 microservices hosted on AWS.

Recruitment process

A typical recruitment process with us consists of 3 parts:

  1. An initial 30-45 minute interview with a dedicated recruitment specialist, to find out about your career plans and ensure that they are in line with what we can offer. During this discussion, we will pay particular attention to your personality, your motivation, your presentation skills and your level of English.

  2. An interview with your manager and at least one member of the team to check the team fit (45-60 min).

  3. For software development positions, a technical test to be carried out at home and debriefed with one of our senior developers to check your technical skills (90 min).
