    Job description

    We are looking for someone to support the implementation of our data warehouse automation platform. You will join our Data team to design and deploy our Agile Data Warehouse Automation Platform. As member of dFakto, you will help our project team. You will analyze client business requirements & processes, design their business model, assist in the design of their database architecture. Finally, you will be in charge of proposing solutions to provide business insights through visualization or any similar channel. You, with the help of your team, will design solutions who transform data into information relevant to business. The goal will be to create Agile Data Warehouse Automation Platforms that can restitute relevant and consistent information that can answer different departments, teams or hierarchy levels needs within the client organization. The scope of skills, technologies and industries you’ll get to explore is huge and the team will be there to support you on your way.

    Your tasks will be:

    • Manage and own the full sales cycle, including prospection and qualification, contract negotiations, and closing deals;

    • Research and identify new business opportunities by yourself, and qualify and manage leads provided by our Marketing team;

    • Understand the needs of your prospects and, with the dFakto team, build and demonstrate the adequate solution to meet them;

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities and provide accurate forecast; one of you key targets will be the subscription revenue you’ll generate;

    • Of course, reporting over your activity and your pipeline is part of your job, but you’re also expected to carry out market/segment/customer analysis and present your findings to senior management.

    Preferred experience

    • Solution Selling is natural for you: you understand customer pain points, you can tell business stories, you speak in customer benefits, you translate your proposals into customer gains & savings;

    • You have 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software solution sales, preferably in the ERP or CRM space;

    • You are familiar with the challenges of organisations with regard to operational management; more specifically, you understand the basics of accounting/finance, sales management, HR, logistics …

    • You have an entrepreneurial spirit; you are autonomous and creative; you always challenge your priorities to make the best use of your time; you’re customer-centric though assertive;

    • You are keen to learn the dFakto solutions and willing to highlight the benefits coming from our solutions;

    • You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written;

    • You speak and write perfectly in French and have a good business practice of English;

    • You have a master degree in Applied Economics or similar.
