Frédéric is VP Content & Productions for Deezer.

He oversees global playlist strategy and curation as well as piloting podcast acquisitions and productions.

He joined Deezer 4 years ago as Head of Content for the french market following previous positions as Global Brand Director at NRJ Group, Program Director for NRJ in Germany or Brand consultant for digital ventures such as Vente Privée or Adopte un mec in Berlin.

After graduating in Marketing and International Business, Alexandra spent some time abroad before starting her career as a Marketing Manager in a Parisian startup. She soon started to craft mock-ups for developers, gather clients problems and liaise with the tech team to get things done - It was more than 10 years ago when Product Management was not even a job. 

Since then, she gradually became Product Manager for various industries and improved her Product Management skills until she became responsible for the whole product strategy and organisation at D-Edge, a leading Hospitality Tech company. 

Alexandra joined Deezer in May 2019 to own the Product Vision and lead with enthusiasm a group of 4 teams totalling 40+ Product Managers, Engineers and QA Analysts, focused on building new features and experiences for Deezer’s user base.

After a Master in Software Engineering, Cédric Delfosse started his career as a backend developer and system administrator in a small company with a strong expertise in Open Source software (he was an official Debian developer) and large distributed systems.

In 2010 Cédric Delfosse co-founded a startup called Mesagraph, where he was the CTO. The company, providing TV Ratings on top of Twitter, was acquired by Twitter in 2014. He joined the Twitter engineering team in London as a Senior Engineering Manager for two years, leading two teams of engineers.

After one year and a half of sabbatical where he became a dad, he started a position as Head of Engineering at Deezer for the Core System startup, leading the infrastructure, big data and backend foundation teams. He's now Director of Technology. As a member of the M&A team, he runs the technical due diligence on potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships, and he has a transversal role over the whole engineering department on topics like Communities of Practice, recruitment, etc.

After graduating as an Industrial Engineer, Ece joined a private bank in Istanbul, Turkey as a Management Trainee. She worked on various projects including digitalisation, segment management, risk strategy and marketing strategy. She developed her analytical skills and learnt how to tackle complex business problems during her time at the bank.

After a few years in banking, she wanted to have international experience and develop her management skills so she decided to do an MBA at INSEAD.

She wanted to be in an industry that excites her and she was always passionate about music and technology. Deezer was a perfect fit for her, linking technology and music. She joined Deezer as Corporate Strategy Manager, looking for new strategic initiatives for Deezer.

Settling down in Paris, she is very happy to be in one of the most beautiful cities. Discovering the art, the culture and the lifestyle is fun and exciting for her!
