Our Marketing team is made up of:

• 🚀 The Growth Team, responsible for identifying the most effective acquisition channels, whether through digital marketing, partnerships with industry professionals, or other innovative means, to acquire new customers or generate leads. The north star in this team: growth!
• 💖 The Brand Team, whose mission is to strengthen Dalma's brand awareness and image. They actively participate in the development of creative marketing campaigns, guarantee the respect and consistency of the brand image and graphic charter across our various channels, animate our social networks, and develop relationships with our ambassadors.

Their main common mission? To keep coming up with original ideas to help us stand out from the crowd and make Dalma shine!

The support teams are like the superheroes of a company: they help and support all the other teams.

• The People team is dedicated to Dalma's employees. It is responsible for recruiting the best talent and ensuring their well-being and development, by creating an inclusive, caring, and stimulating environment.
• The Finance team is responsible for the company's accounts. It plans the budget and carries out financial reporting and accounting to achieve the company's strategic objectives. It establishes and manages all financial indicators and ensures that we meet our financial and tax obligations.
• Finally, the Legal & Insurance team oversees the company's legal compliance, ensuring that all our activities comply with current legislation. It also offers its expertise to any departments that may need it, notably to draft contracts or help manage potential disputes.
