The position

Job description

Dalma is growing, and we are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Product team!

You will be joining a tight-knit and high-performing squad currently composed of:

  • 1 PM Lead

  • 1 Product Manager

  • 1 Product Designer

The Tech team itself is composed of 1 Engineering Manager & 6 Developers.

As a Junior PM, you will play a key role in shaping our user experience across multiple scopes. You will:

  • Lead End-to-End Projects: Take ownership of the discovery and delivery phases for your assigned features, ensuring high-quality execution from ideation to release.

  • Drive Business Impact: Ship features that move the needle, whether it’s on the Acquisition side (optimizing our subscription flow, landing pages…) or the Retention side (improving the mobile app and internal management tools).

  • Collaborate closely with Tech & Design: Work hand-in-hand with our Product Designer and engineering team to find the best solutions to our users’ problems.


Preferred experience

Must have:

  • Experience: A first validated experience as a Junior Product Manager (1 to 2 years).

  • Execution & Discovery: You know how to scope a problem, talk to users, write clear specs, and work with engineers to ship it.

  • Business Sense: You understand that great products drive business metrics. You are comfortable tracking data and measuring the impact of what you ship.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in French and English). You can align stakeholders and explain the “why” behind your product choices.

  • Culture Fit: You strictly align with Dalma’s core values—you are a true team player, ambitious yet humble, and fundamentally benevolent.

Nice to have:

  • Past experience in a start-up/scale-up.

  • Familiarity with Product analytics tools.


Recruitment process

  • Step 1: HR call with the HR Team (Mag or Louise) - 30 min

  • Step 2: Introduction call with Valentine, the team’s manager - 45 min

  • Step 3: Case Study with Valentine & Thomas (Product Manager) or Dorian (Product Designer) with 2 parts : a home prep work followed by 1-hour meeting to discuss the case + answer some live questions

  • Step 4: Team fit interview with Raphael (CEO) - 30 min and 2 other Dalma’s team members - 30 min
