Monika has been working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Customink since September 2022.

In Customink, Monika finds what truly fulfills her, enthusiastically helping the Prague branch grow and develop through new projects and challenges.

Her job allows her to interact with various individuals and search for the best talents for the company. Her communication skills and empathy enable her to identify the right people who fit well within the company culture and help Customink achieve its goals.

Monika is driven by a constant desire for new challenges, which greatly fulfills and excites her in a company where she encounters new opportunities and possibilities for growth every day.

Outside of work, you'll find her immersed in books, seeking inspiration and escape from the daily hustle. Her love for animals, especially dogs and horses, brings her tranquility and joy.

Helena joined the company in 2017 and helped start the Satisfaction Assurance team in the Prague branch of Custom Ink, the team that focuses on the pre-production tasks.

She enjoys the diversity and the open-minded environment that creates opportunities to work with people from different backgrounds.

For Helena, the people around her are the reason she likes her work. Mistakes happen but there’s always someone willing to help, hear you out, throw you a candy bar, or all of the above.

Jirka is the Engineering Manager to one of Prague's teams. He joined Custom Ink in 2019 after 5 years as Head Of R&D in a different company. His team’s domain is Customer Accounts - user profiles, accounts, or organizations and their data. They also maintain the Custom Ink Identity service used by all customers online.

Jirka is married with two kids, and dedicates most of his free time to his family and to renovating his cottage in Vysočina. But he also loves to grab a beer and hang out.

Martin has been building the Custom Ink team and products since 2018. Before that, he spent engineering financial software in London and scaling a startup called Represent in Prague (subsequently acquired by Custom Ink).

Martin focuses on building talented engineering teams in Prague and getting our engineering practices, architecture, and product to a place where it scales to our billion-dollar goal. He’s taking care of multiple domain teams, which are building a customer accounts portal, supply chain automation, graphic design tools, and R&D.

Margareta joined Custom Ink as an Expert Production Artist back in 2019 in a brand new pre-production team responsible for adjusting and optimizing customer art for print based on Custom Ink guidelines. As an Associate Manager, she tracks team performance, communicates company goals to her team, and makes sure her team members are set up for success with information and tools so they can give their best at work.

Margareta appreciates the open-minded environment, candid communication with her colleagues and space for growth and development.
