For our company Generali CEE Holding we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Insurance Performance Optimization Controller in P&C Insurance department. This position is a replacement for maternity leave, so it will be a fixed-term contract, however, we are interested in long-term cooperation.
What will be the main responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of business units in the assigned area, comparing actual results with targets, plans, and forecasts. Identify variances and analyze underlying causes.
- Collect and analyze relevant data, tracking trends and developments.
- Prepare standard deliverables such as presentations, reports, templates, and tracking tools.
- Develop or adapt regional reports, including KPI definitions, methodologies, guidelines, and system requirements.
- Establish contacts and secure data sources to ensure access to relevant technical information.
- Track technical activities, enhance them with qualitative and quantitative insights, comment and challenge their development.
- Conclude and consolidate outcomes and provide analytical support for various stakeholders.
- Oversee specific cross-country topics related to Non-Life insurance.
- Actively contribute to Group and regional strategic projects.
- Support and monitor sustainability reporting within the P&C business.
What we need from you:
- University degree in Finance or Economics.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Finance, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Very good level of English (daily use, level C1).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the Group Head office and CEE Business units.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
