We are seeking a skilled and structured Project Manager to lead our projects, using both Waterfall and Agile methodolodies. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects for delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope, ensuring ful compliance with internal standards and security frameworks.

This role covers following activities

• Managinf IT/security-focused projects end-to-end - from initiation tto closure
• Coordinating project teams and aligning tasks across departments
• Ensuring compliance with security standards, regulations and internal policies
• Regularly reporting project status, risks, and issues to senior management
• Identifying dependencies and managing risks effectively
• Collaborating with international teams and promoting best practise sharing

Your profile

• Proven experience in project management in IT, ideally with exprerience also with cybersecurity
• Stron knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum…)
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent in English (written and spoken - B2 level), Czech is an advantage
