Responsibilites: Day-to-day management of risks (identification, measurement, monitoring, mitigation techniques proposing, reporting) belonging to the responsibility of the department including monitoring and evaluation of KPIs defined by the company Risk Map.

This role covers following activities

For CEE (6 countries : CZ, SK, AT, HU, RO, BG)

• Ensuring the information of the local IT team about company related information and the transmission of information relevant for the accomplishment of their missions,
• Helping the local IT team members with the development of their technical and behavioural skills
• Analysing activity indicators and results - Defining associated actions and remediation plans, and ensuring their implementation and guaranteeing the identification, assessment and management of IT & Cyber security risks within the scope of responsibility
• Educating the employees in the local IT team (including subcontractors) on security policies and promoting their application, in particular by associating rules to the activities they are in charge of,
• Contributing to security risk assessment actions concerning resources,
• Support the CEE CIO in the definition / implementation / deployment

Your profile

Technical expertise

• At least 1 year experience in field of IT
• Know about methods, tools used on his/her scope
• Know about the standards, methods and tools of development / computer test

Communication expertise

• Use a planification tool
• Know the process of IT development

Transversal expertise

• Manage multiple subjects / topics efficiently at the same time
• Provide advice / recommendation / judgment by taking a step back and looking at the overall picture
• Be engaged in the transformations implementation
• Being demanding in the management of requests
• Identify and analyse risks of his/her activity
