Continental Europe Zone is a regional organization in charge of BNP Paribas Cardif activities in Poland, Germany, Central Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria) and Iberia (Spain and Portugal).

As a Solution Analyst you will help us on our mission to deliver Digital tools in the Region, either by implementation & modification of existing systems or by development of brand new systems and applications.
Your role will be to understand needs of internal customers and their partners from different countries, mainly by facilitating discussions with various stakeholders, and translate these business needs into specifications for architects and developers.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Facilitate negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders in order to enable development of efficient, scalable and reusable solutions.
• Drive sessions with implementation team(s) to define the optimal solution to business needs.
• Create, analyse and validate detailed functional specifications.
• Grasp the vision and functional scope of entrusted applications in order to be able to contribute to their long term evolution.
• Deliver elements of system design as business rules, diagrams, wireframes for UI, data migration rules or other SDLC deliverables.
• Follow Cardif methodology (Waterfall or Agile) of development, system integration and implementation of new applications.

Requirements and Skills

• 3+ yr experience on similar role
• Experience in SW development of larger systems and applications
• Experience with system integrations and API’s (eg: HTTPs framework, Json)
• Experience with task management systems (eg: Jira,TFS)
• Experience in working with analytical digrams (eg: UML, BPMn)
• Experience in specifications in Swaggerhub (api documentation) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills capable to challenge status-quo
• Independent and self motivated with focus on delivery
• Master the complexity and able to find simple and clever solutions
• Fluent English spoken and written
