We are searching for new member of our finance team to provide timely & proactively financial information that will enable business’ management to develop and execute effective plans and take informed decisions.
You will be helping to build strong financial and commercial awareness within the marketing function.

What will be your BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To evaluate the effectiveness of trade/brand expenditure using practical financial analysis tools developed either locally or by the Centre.
• To ensure that the pre-evaluation and post implementation review of all launches and other key initiatives are done.
• Provide brand marketing management with relevant financial analysis and information.
• Co-ordinate the preparation of the trade/brand marketing budget/plan.
• Provide Marketing Finance support in forecasting and planning process.
• Provide meaningful, timely information to the different departments and to the Cluster to facilitate effective decision making aimed at optimizing profitability.
• Build financial capabilities of marketing and trade team and build commercial awareness in Finance.
• Continuously look for and capitalize business opportunities of self-development in functional and leadership skills.

• Effective working relationship with Brand & Trade Marketing Departments.
• Ability to detect weaknesses in the current systems to ensure an effective control of Brand & Trade Marketing Expenses.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• University degree in Finance.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar role, preferably in FMCG.
• Good knowledge of IFRS.
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
• Advance knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Accounting experience is beneficial.
• Good communication skills.
