Own the “event-based” UA playbook: from identifying the right events to launching and scaling campaigns around them.
Coordinate with content managers and creators to get content live ahead of each event.
Set up and manage paid campaigns (mainly TikTok, Meta, Snap) to boost visibility and drive installs.
Monitor performance and adjust campaigns quickly based on what’s working.
Collaborate with the rest of the Growth team to share learnings and align on key markets.
Previous experience running paid user acquisition campaigns, ideally in a startup or mobile app environment.
Strong knowledge of ads platforms (TikTok especially, but also Meta and Snap).
Comfortable leading small projects and working with both internal team members and external creators.
Good understanding of what makes content work, especially around trends, timing, and hooks.
Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
